Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL) joined the global observance of Customer Service Week 2025 on Friday, 10 October, with a special event at its Lagos head office to celebrate its employees and reaffirm its commitment to exceptional service delivery.

This year’s celebration, themed “Mission Possible,” brought together staff and senior management to reflect on teamwork, problem-solving, and the company’s dedication to customer satisfaction.

Speaking at the opening of the event, Ayodeji Ojo-Omoniyi, Divisional Head of People Management at SOL, said the celebration was organised to recognise the efforts of employees who consistently ensure client satisfaction. He noted that Customer Service Week is a global occasion that underscores the importance of service excellence and honours the people who make it possible.

“It is a happy Customer Service Week right here among us,” Ojo-Omoniyi said. “The theme ‘Mission Possible’ reminds us that there is no height we cannot reach as service professionals. Every day, clients approach us with various issues—whether in recruitment, payroll, disengagement, insurance, or verification—and as a team, we make sure all their concerns are resolved swiftly.”

He added that the week-long celebration featured a series of engaging activities and games across departments, designed to strengthen teamwork and reinforce the company’s service culture.

“We’ve had puzzles and fun challenges throughout the week to keep morale high and remind ourselves that problem-solving can also be enjoyable,” he said.

Ojo-Omoniyi further emphasised that SOL’s mission remains focused on providing prompt, effective solutions to every client concern, noting that excellence in service delivery is achievable through collaboration and commitment.

“Our mission at SOL is simple—to find solutions to every problem our clients bring to us. That’s what ‘Mission Possible’ means to us as a team,” he explained.

The celebration concluded with staff recognition sessions and interactive activities that highlighted teamwork, creativity, and the shared pursuit of delivering outstanding service across all departments.
