The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Anambra State on Wednesday decorated newly promoted officers with their new ranks at the command headquarters in Awka.
Sector Commander, Mrs. Joyce Alexander, congratulated the officers and urged them to see their elevation as a call to greater responsibility.
“Promotion is a sign of progress and a well-earned reward for hard work and dedication. I am confident you will excel in your new responsibilities,” Alexander said.
Three officers were promoted in the state: Mrs. Chioma Ndulue, who was elevated to Chief Route Commander; and Mrs Margaret Onabe and Mr Kingsley Iloduba, who were both promoted to Superintendent Route Commanders.
Responding on behalf of the group, Mrs. Onabeexpressed gratitude to the Corps, saying the recognition would inspire them to work harder in advancing the FRSC’s mandate.
Also speaking, Mrs. Ndulue pledged to justify the confidence reposed in her by meeting the expectations of her new role.
