Fidelity Bank Plc has awarded two National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members a cash prize of N500,000 each through its ‘Get Alert in Millions Season Six (GAIM 6)’ promo in Akwa Ibom State.
Speaking during the award presentation on Friday, the Divisional Head of Product Development at Fidelity Bank Plc highlighted that GAIM 6 is an initiative designed to reward loyal customers with cash prizes totalling N159 million. The promo, which runs from November 2024 to August 2025, targets various categories of customers, including NYSC members, students, and the general public.
The two corps members who won the promo are Oluwatosin Olowolayemo and Ekpeno George, currently serving in Ini and Obot Akara Local Government Areas, respectively.
Ede further stated that the campaign aims to promote financial inclusivity and create more opportunities for customers to win millions of naira through monthly and grand draws.
Olowolayemo, one of the beneficiaries from Odot Ikpe in Ini LGA, expressed his gratitude to Fidelity Bank. He revealed that he had opened his account during the NYSC orientation camp in Ikot Itie Udung, Nsit Atai LGA, without expecting to win such a prize. He pledged to utilise the grant wisely and encourage fellow corps members to bank with Fidelity.
George, a graduate of microbiology from Temple Gate Polytechnic, Aba, Abia State, also expressed her appreciation, stating that she would invest the grant in expanding her chemist business.
“I encourage my fellow corps members to open an account with Fidelity Bank and be part of the winning team,” George said.
