The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) has announced the 57th edition of its International Conference and Exhibition, scheduled for 27–30 October 2025 in Abuja. The event will focus on workforce transformation in Nigeria’s digital economy.
Themed “Reimagining the New World of Work,” the conference aims to explore emerging HR trends including talent development, diversity and inclusion, organisational agility, and tech integration in the workplace.
CIPM President Ahmed Gobir said the conference will serve as a strategic platform to redefine the role of HR as a driver of innovation and business growth across Africa.
“This is more than a conversation; it’s a catalyst for designing workplaces that prioritise agility, inclusion, and well-being,” Gobir said.
The summit will address issues such as cybersecurity, employee data protection, and regulatory compliance in the digital workplace. Attendees will include HR professionals, policymakers, industry leaders, and innovators shaping the future of work in Nigeria and beyond.
