PenCom Begins 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey to Improve Pension Service Delivery

By Mariam Aligbeh

The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has launched its 2025 annual customer satisfaction survey to enhance service delivery to contributors and retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS). The exercise, which began on 3 November in Abuja, will run until 17 December 2025, the Commission said in a statement issued on Saturday.

PenCom explained that the survey aims to gauge customer satisfaction, measure brand awareness, and assess pension knowledge among Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders and retirees. It added that the findings will inform decisions on improving pension administration across the industry.

Describing the survey as “an important feedback tool that helps us strengthen service delivery for all CPS stakeholders,” the Commission encouraged active contributors and retirees to participate, noting that credible feedback is essential for shaping future policy reforms.

PenCom said the survey is open to all CPS stakeholders and can be accessed via its website and official social media platforms, including Facebook (@PenCom.gov), Twitter/X (@PenComNig), Instagram (@pencomnigeria), and LinkedIn (National Pension Commission).

It added that wider participation would support ongoing efforts to improve transparency, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure stronger retirement outcomes for Nigerians.

Reiterating its commitment to continuous improvement, the Commission urged contributors and retirees to “take a few minutes to complete the survey before the closing date,” the statement said.
